EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION AWARDS BANQUET
This heart-warming annual event honors teachers who have demonstrated excellence in education. One recipient is honored from each school, along with a retired educator and a teacher from Covered Bridge Special Education District. An Excellence in Education Award is intended to honor educators who have had a profound impact on their students. Nominations for retiring teachers will be considered, however, please remember that the Vigo County School Corporation holds a separate banquet for all retiring educators.
Nominees must be full time educators employed by the Vigo County School Corporation, except for the recipient representing the Vigo County Retired Teachers Association. Educators who have received the award within the past five years are not eligible for nomination.
