The Vigo County Education Foundation (VCEF) is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization committed to excellent public education for the children of Vigo County. The VCEF generates new sources of revenue to fund teacher-initiated educational projects that could not be funded by local, state or federal money.

VISION

The Vigo County Education Foundation will provide funding to enhance learning opportunities in every Vigo County School Corporation classroom.

MISSION

Through community support, the Vigo County Education Foundation provides programs and projects that enhance and enrich public education.

WHY

Despite the socioeconomic challenges of our community, the Vigo County School Corporation has four-star schools, Mr. and Ms. Math and Science award recipients, and a commitment of excellence to the students. 

​Through contributions from individuals and businesses, the VCEF is able to provide support for project materials and resources that supplement instruction and reduce the burden in which they are faced.
